[ wandering around the gates and looking at the still-blank screens like... man... he'd kind of thought maybe the start of a new week would have made something happen up here. ]

What do you think they're going to use this space for? Trial room or something?

Maybe... I don't know what really speaks trial room, or if trial needs to be hosted in an enclosed space. Ours was apparently in a church.

I'm going to pray it isn't in the restaurant or the coffee shop. I'd like at least one place to stay sacred.

Well, I can confirm that it doesn't need to be an enclosed space. Ours was just outside around a bonfire in the middle of the village... Though I guess they did put some kind of magic barrier around it so people couldn't just leave.

At least we have a backup coffee shop if one of them gets ruined.

Magical barriers? There's so much that's unexplainable and I'm a bit concerned by how quickly I'm starting to accept it.

I mean, I wouldn't be surprised. Kind of feels like the more appealing a place is, the more likely it is that someone's going to die in it.

I'm not going to complain because I do like shrimp, but is there... Really nothing else in this establishment?

Yeah, it's... a little overly committed to the bit, I think.

Kind of feels like someone took a "shrimp cocktail" joke and ran with it... and kept running.

He's bandaged up, likely more around the torso considering some of it peek past his loungewear sleeves. The other obvious place is his neck being wrapped well. He's BSD Dazai now. ]

I'm fine. [ He's using his phone. ] Body hurts, but that's normal for these things from what I've seen.

Ah... I guess you hurt your throat, huh... It should heal, though, right?

I think it should be fine by tomorrow or at least by Saturday. I don't want to make it worse, though.

I think Claire's would have been fine, too. It's not like all stores are completely the same.

Have you reconciled with Yoru at all through texts?

Yeah, but it's unnecessarily confusing in airport directories. Imagine wanting a unicorn scrunchie and walking into the arcane arts discount warehouse.

I sent one message with an apology a few days after it happened but it was more for Asa-chan. And all I got back was "Die", so. That's how that went.

They were on track, technically. The theories were interesting.
