[ we're in the wrong genre for that now, it probably would not be okay ]
Anyway, that's— I'm used to death not really sticking as long as it's for comedy. It's not usually something we'd have to worry about until late in the season when the tone shifts.
So when people started dying so soon after we got here — in really unfunny ways — and didn't come back the following week, it freaked me out pretty badly. I thought without like, the rule of comedy protecting me, I'd be one of the first ones to die here.

But instead I'm the last one standing out of two of the Thursday night groups I stayed with, which is just... what the hell is that?
[ honestly he's glad for that; he doesn't know what the fuck to do with guy's 49372637 hands on his shoulder, and as self-absorbed as he is, he thinks it would be kind of fucked up for someone close to gregor to offer him sympathy right now. he doesn't want to deal with the pressure of having to feel bad about that. ]
I mean, we're all stuck doing that until we've got enough information to figure out how to fix this, aren't we?
There's more than enough to do a bit more than be "stuck doing that", if you ask me. And me, well -- I'm not the kind of girl who likes sitting around and listening to people talk about the theoretical. I already had enough of that and know how much it's really worth.
I've got my own action plans. I'll kill him, tomorrow -- and then I'll bring him back, however way that ends up going down.
[ Not that she'd know ICly that she would get to but eh whatever, Rodion is a master at just Deciding Things anyway. ]
[ he thinks they're actually pretty limited in what they can do during trials specifically, because what the fuck is the alternative, let someone who didn't do anything get voted out like her idiot roommate tried to make happen?? but he's just going to keep his mouth shut about that right now.
he's also not batting an eye at the "i'll kill him" part of that plan, because yeah, he'd be very surprised if it wasn't her doing it, given the execution track record here. ]
Yeah. [ a firm nod. ] That's what we're all planning on — bringing everyone back. It's just a matter of finding the last pieces and putting them together to figure out what we need to do to make it happen.
[ he appreciates the shounen energy, but if it was as easy here to crash into hell and break everyone out through sheer will (and the power of fujio akatsuka) as it was back home, that would have happened already. ]
[ We don't have the fourth wall audaciousness to just submit a new journal post onto the comm being like ENDGAME and REVIVAL and godmoding the game........
She looks at him for a moment with an unreadable sort of face again, but one more like she wants to say something about it but has to think first. She doesn't really know how to go about it though so she just shrugs a shoulder after a moment. ]

he watches her quietly through whatever she seems to be debating, but he has no idea where her train of thought is going, and isn't certain enough of the context to answer the question she ended up on. ]

[ She'd also need an E.G.O which she doesn't have access to at this point in time since the Rime Shank she got is dormant. ]
I'm not totally sure I get it but a lot of you guys tells me my place doesn't make sense to you, so I guess fair enough.

Yeah, uh, please don't explode.

I guess so. In our case, it's for work.
[ Sorry but her empathy organ is kinda dead right now. She's pat Todomatsu most other weeks but this one... ]
But still, you play the game. Or the script, if we're going by the way your world works.
