[ todomatsu is very intently rubbing an invisible smudge on the window of the observation deck with his sleeve, focused enough that keith's presence doesn't really register with him until he shows up in the reflection in the course of his pacing. ]

[ shaking himself out of it, he turns around and gives a nod of acknowledgement. ]

Hey. [ ... ] This sucks, huh?
